All you need is your order number and the email address associated with your order to get started. Items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date of your order. Returned products will only be accepted if they are in unused condition with the original packaging intact and the return is completed by emailing charlie@lgear.com. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted as a valid return if it does not meet these requirements.   • Can my AirPods wirelessly charge on LGear charging Stands?


    LGear charging stands & docks can wirelessly charge AirPods & AirPods Pro. The only exception is the very first edition of AirPods (AirPods Gen. 1 with no LED indicator) as they do not have a wireless charging case.


  • Will my phone magnetically attach & charge on LGear charging Stands?


    Our charging stands & docks will firmly hold and efficiently charge any iPhone (listed below) equipped with MagSafe technology.

  • Can I use my devices while they charge?


    Absolutely! The strong magnetic connection from our chargers to your phone will allow you to use all of your phone’s features while they are actively charging. Use our charging stands & docks for hands-free video calling or attach your phone horizontally to watch videos!


    We added non-slip silicone to the base of all of our charging stands & docks so you never need to worry about them sliding around!


  • Can I connect my phone with my phone case on?


    Yes! Our charging stands & docks are compatible with any MagSafe Compatible Phone case.


  • How do I cancel my order?


    Please double-check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information.


    If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to charlie@lgear.com with the word "cancel" and your order number in the subject line. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse.
